While dining at your establishment, I was served a dish that appeared contaminated. To my absolute horror, it smelled and looked like it had been exposed to mouse urine. I have attached a photo for your reference. This is not just poor service—this is a direct threat to human health and life. Serving food contaminated in such a vile and unsanitary condition is not only inhumane but also criminally negligent. How can such an established restaurant compromise on basic hygiene? Are there no food safety checks? No kitchen inspections? This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s potentially lethal! I have also attached the bill from my visit, clearly highlighting the items ordered and paid for. You charged me for food and drinks, but what I received was filth. I demand: 1. A written explanation and immediate action on this incident. 2. An assurance that your establishment will be investigated for hygiene compliance. 3. A full refund for the bill amount (₹3000). 4. Compensation for the mental trauma and health risk caused. I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further—to consumer forums, social media platforms, and food safety authorities—unless swift and appropriate action is taken.
