I recently purchased veg biryani from this hotel ( Zomato ) and was very disappointed with the quality. The food had a strong spoiled coconut oil taste, which completely spoiled the biryani. Immediately after eating, I experienced throat irritation, which clearly indicates the oil used was not fresh or suitable for cooking. Serving food made with spoiled ingredients is a serious health concern, and I strongly urge the management to take responsibility and improve their kitchen standards. Customers come here expecting safe and hygienic food, not health risks. I hope the management treats this feedback seriously and ensures such incidents are not repeated.
