The worst experience I ever had. I booked room from mmt and paid 1800 through mmt but manager was asking for 2300 extra. I tried calling mmt but the manager didn't approve for cancellation. Too much rough and tuff behaviour of manager with a female. I had to come back without taking my money back. Lastly they said ok jo Krna h krlo hm room b nhi denge or pese b... Service: 1

Room is excellent at reasonable price. Staffs are very gentle and supportive. Food quality very good, but a bit over priced. Service: 4

In the hotel outside food is not allowed, we didn't know before due to busy work schedule we haven't read their policy that "outside food is not allowed" but by mistake we ordered food from a veg-restaurant due to trust issues in hotel. One employee stopped me in reception and not allowing me to take outside food, We apologize for multiple time by accepting our mistake and ask him for any other alternative options, but he started arguing shouting in front of other guest at reception hall, he gave alternate option to us i.e. if you want to eat the food you can eat by seating outside the hotel at road or going to any other place instantly I agreed upon that too, I told him to please keep the ordered food in the reception for a while, I'll come soon by locking my room, now again he denied to keep the packaged food in the reception, now he started asking for Rs. 500 as fine, I agreed to pay the fine with a valid receipt but now again he denied for the fine and lastly forced me a lot to throw my food to the dustbin/garbage, and was forcing me to order food from their hotel itself. He even don't think for a single time that his cheap behaviour will lose any upcoming potential customer or goodwill for the hotel, even I don't want to go that place again, I'll also recommend others to go for any other hotel in your options. This is how they manage the things, this clearly shows that, if you'll do any mistake in the premises & any circumstances or critical situation arises for you, they will not guide or treat you gently as guest/friend they will treat you as profit substance or enemy, their ego is their 1st priority beyond customers/guests. I think he is the manager of hotel emperor paradise if you're reading this out, I must say Sir you should respect the food atleast, it's the basic need. Whether food is cooked in your hotel or outside in someone else's restaurant, food is food & has to be eaten not for garbage. Service: 3
