I am giving 5 stars for the restaurant. One item was unavailable so they called me for replacement and i did. On delivery one item was missing .To address this i called this restaurant and they handled everything fairly. They talked calmly,after finding their fault they apologised and refunded complete amount of missing item immediately. I am impressed. Itne jaldi Zomato bhi action lekar refund provide ni karta.
Baby corns were not boiled properly and were hard, rest taste and quantity was good. I am giving 2 stars because of packaging. Neither food container nor carry bags were tapped. Found some food pieces/crumbs in the carry bag and on food container, not sure food was tampered or eaten during delivery but surely it wasn't due to spillage. Please atleast tightly tape the carry bags for safety. Zomato and restaurant please maintain your packing standards, its a humble request to both of you.
