Visited this hotel yesterday and had a disappointing experience. Ordered 3 Channa Puri, but the Channa Masala wasn't great. When asked for Kurma instead, they refused and demanded extra payment. Even requested chutney, and they asked for money. Wouldn't recommend dining there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

2/5 stars I went to Hotel Dwaraka for dinner at 8:50pm. But my experience was not good. I sat for 5-10 minutes, but no one came to take my order. Then a waiter came and said only dosa and Chinese food was available. I ordered Masala Dosa, but it took 5 more minutes to come. The dosa was not crispy and was cold because it was delayed. But the taste was good. If the taste was not good, I would have given only 1 star. I was also disappointed because no one offered me water, which is normal in hotels. After I finished eating, no one asked if I wanted anything else. I had to go to the counter to pay my bill. I am disappointed with the service at Hotel Dwaraka. The food was okay, but the service was poor. I hope they improve their service. Poor service, but good food Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
