The appealing staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The spectacular service is a big benefit of Hotel Dwaraka. You will certainly enjoy the calm atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

2/5 stars I went to Hotel Dwaraka for dinner at 8:50pm. But my experience was not good. I sat for 5-10 minutes, but no one came to take my order. Then a waiter came and said only dosa and Chinese food was available. I ordered Masala Dosa, but it took 5 more minutes to come. The dosa was not crispy and was cold because it was delayed. But the taste was good. If the taste was not good, I would have given only 1 star. I was also disappointed because no one offered me water, which is normal in hotels. After I finished eating, no one asked if I wanted anything else. I had to go to the counter to pay my bill. I am disappointed with the service at Hotel Dwaraka. The food was okay, but the service was poor. I hope they improve their service. Poor service, but good food Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
