The less you talk about the ambience, the better. It's definitely not a family place.
The service is terrible. They have token system. You pay at counter, take token and sit on table for 15 minutes and a confuse waiter will walk by. You stop him and handover the tokens saying what u have paid for. Then again wait for 15 minutes and your order will be served. If you complain about anything, the waiters will acts over smart.
Overall, it's a pocket friendly cafe at the costly area of himayathnagar. It's a good place to have a sip of tea and chit chat with your friends.
