Bad experience today! The Penne white sauce pasta was too liquidy like a soup or something. The chicken in "Devil's chicken" was made of very poor chicken quality. The waiter couldn't pay 2 minutes of attention when we tried to share about our experience and the food quality and hence posting the review here. Do not make the service or food get worse with time. I've enjoyed my previous experiences at Cafe Rosca but last evening's experience would make me think twice before I visit this place again.
