the food was ok ok not too great, but we were disappointed with the pricing. The cost of simple items like dosa and idli was much higher than expected. We were also charged around ₹650 extra compared to the menu prices shown for Bengaluru customers, which felt unfair. It seemed like there was a difference in pricing based on where customers were from, and that left us feeling disappointed. We hope the restaurant maintains transparent and equal pricing for everyone to ensure a better experience for all customers. Don't go here if you are not from Mysore! We went to this small hotel for breakfast. We ordered simple things like idli, dosa, and coffee for 9 people. When the bill came, we were shocked. It was ₹1,245, which is too much for a simple breakfast. Later we found out that they charge more money if you are not a local. We paid ₹670 extra compared to what Mysore people pay. The food was just okay, but charging extra based on where we are from is very unfair.

Came from Telangana for Mysore tourism and randomly visited Hotel Cafe Mysore Veg for late lunch around 3:30 PM. Tried the veg meals — chapati, rice, veg fry, curries, rasam, curd, buttermilk & Kesari bath. Simple, tasty and satisfying food with quick service. Overall a decent meal for travellers Food: 5 Service: 5
