1. receptionist are completely worst fellows wearing coat suit, don't know how to behave to customers. Asking lots of excuses. 2.rooms are very small, toilet are very congested.no ventilation, no sunlight. 3.food not tasty 4. OYO hotels it's better. 5.not suitable for family. Ginger mysore is very average in cleanliness . There were cockroaches unclean toilet when we checked in. Staff when informed arranged to clean the room . Food is good. There is cafe coffee day outlet in ginger. Good option for budjet and bussiness travellers. Location is very good. When booking for ginger look into trivago you can find low rates. We booked through agoda very low price compared to ginger selling price. There are good eating places just in 5 min walk.
