We are extremely disappointed with the services provided during our engagement event on 17/08/2025. I, Highly recommend not to hire their services at all for your Auspicious Event, it is as good as a roadside hotel, go have something breakfast and go back. Don't waste money and getting frustration for any event booking there. These are all concern we noted, 1. Staff coordination and service were too unprofessional. 2. The serving guys were too un- hygienic and too un-professional behavior. 3.Food they will charge per Plate and leftover plates they will not give either to us or even to letting us Donating to Agencies (like Robinhood), whereas they took all the money from me (for 90 Plates) and not allowing to carry the left over plate and not even returning the money. 4. The person on Sitting at desk doesn't have any sense to talk to customer. 5. They will ask for all the cash Payments and if you will ask for bill, then they will give some dummy bill.(They gave me bill of Paneer Zafrani 104 Plate for my event bill.) 6. All the rough bill they gave, for which there is no meaning at all. 7. Initially during booking they will talk too nice but during closure will get frustrated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
