I recently dined it and while the food was flavorful, I noticed a significant issue—the excessive use of oil in the dishes. It made the food feel too heavy and greasy, taking away from the overall experience. A well-balanced dish should enhance flavors without overwhelming them with oil. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into account and adjusts their cooking methods. A little less oil would make the dishes more enjoyable and healthier while maintaining their great taste.
