I have been staying at Hotel Grand BMD for the last two years. Initially, it was a good property, but now it has become very poor. I’ve had terrible experiences during my last visits, and my most recent stay was the worst. I will never return to this hotel and advise corporate travelers to seek other accommodations in Bhilwara, as there are many properties with better facilities. The food quality has deteriorated significantly, and the behavior of the restaurant and hotel staff is unacceptable. They show no responsibility and refuse to clean rooms after 11 PM. Nobody here takes responsibility for anything. The staff constantly deflects issues, claiming, “It’s not my job.” The restaurant staff ignores complaints, and management is nowhere to be found when needed. This hotel seems to operate on a philosophy of negligence. If you want to be treated with complete disregard and experience poor service, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear and find a hotel that actually values its guests. Service: 1

Very very very veryyyyyyyy worst hotel i ever visited. I’ll suggest if you want to celebrate birthday please don’t go our whole celebration was spoiled. They have lied for each n every thing over calls and after visiting there things were different and worst. Even food has worst quality and overpriced and were sugary in spite of ordering spicy. Even the staff has stolen our few things. They were not providing a fan in the hot humidity weather and not a proper space for having dinner. * don’t go for it and don’t waste your money*. they didn’t still give money back of our stolen things after promising and haven’t even felt sorry.
