Staff is very good and other people. If you come here you have great variety of dishes like chinese,burger,shakes etc. Nice place and staff is not trying to fool you. Update 2: During our recent visit to Jumbo Foods, we encountered a situation where we felt deceived regarding the addition of cheese to our order. When we were placing our order, the cashier asked if we wanted to upgrade to double cheese. We declined this offer, indicating that we did not want any additional cheese beyond what was already included. However, upon receiving the bill and reviewing the items listed, we noticed that single cheese slices had been added to both our Mexicana burger and Jum (a cheap copy of a sub). This came as a surprise to us because we had explicitly declined the offer for extra cheese. The issue here lies in the manner in which the cashier framed the question. Instead of asking if we wanted single cheese, double cheese, or no cheese at all, they specifically inquired about upgrading to double cheese. By doing so, they created the impression that cheese was an optional add-on beyond what was already included, rather than clarifying whether we wanted any cheese on our items in the first place. Furthermore, charging extra for single cheese slices, without prior consent or clear communication, felt deceptive. It left us feeling misled and dissatisfied with our dining experience. Regarding the food itself, we found all four items - the Mexicana burger, the Jum, and the shakes - to be below average in taste. None of the items stood out, and they lacked any distinct flavor. This further added to our disappointment with the overall experience. Overall, this incident highlights the importance of transparent communication and clarity in customer interactions. Customers should be given the opportunity to make informed decisions about their orders without feeling pressured or deceived by ambiguous offers. Update 1: Visited Jumbo Foods with my wife and daughter. We tried 2 veggie delight burgers, which were okay, 1 order of fries that was average, and a honey chili potato, essentially just fries with added honey. The food left much to be desired, but the service and ordering experience were satisfactory. Unfortunately, they don't accept cards, which is a drawback. However, the atmosphere and location are commendable. Overall, I'd give it 3 stars. Previous info: Jumbo Foods is a growing restaurant near Reliance Mall & Burger Farm on the national highway.
