I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The issues started with poor cleanliness and hygiene. However, what shocked me was the service. The waiters seemed untrained and unfriendly. My morning experience was particularly unpleasant. I ordered a traditional dosa served on a banana leaf, but the leaf was damaged. When I asked for a replacement, the waiter brought a smaller leaf. When I requested another change, he claimed they were out of leaves and suggested serving the dosa on a plate. However, the plate he provided was a used plastic one, which I found unhygienic. Upon observation, I noticed that the plate was taken from a parcel table, where food was covered with with that plate to keep flies away. The dosa itself was pre-prepared and was not warm, suggesting that it had been sitting out for a while. I later came to know that the chef was on leave, and another staff member only one guy was handling both food preparation and billing. Such a worst hotel In this experience, I would advise others to avoid this hotel. The food was tasteless, and the hygiene standards were questionable. The washroom facilities also appeared to be poorly maintained sure we will get urinary infections. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast
