If you want to try Vegetarian dishes, get your chance and come to this restaurant. Hotel Ambika is proud of tasty vada and perfectly cooked idli. The staff is said to be competent here. We loved everything except M'lore buns which was okay. Masala dosae was crisp and not too oily, the aloo palya being spicy stole the show. Veg palao was too delicious. Although place isn't that hygienic, we didn't feel any discomfort after having our breakfast here. This would be my pitstop on my visit to Dandeli the next time!! And yes, uddina vadae is must have.
