If you have never come across Vegetarian cuisine, you should reserve a table at this restaurant. Order nicely cooked masala dosa, idli and vada. To order tasty mango ice cream, fruit ice cream and fruit salads is a truly nice idea. Come here and try good juice.

1 Star Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Hygiene, Unprofessional Management & Zero Customer Value I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. During breakfast, I was absolutely shocked to find a dead cockroach in my plate of Batata Vada. To make matters worse, the Medu Vada–Idli plate that was served alongside had visible stains on the Idli, indicating poor hygiene and lack of quality control in their kitchen. Despite immediately informing the staff and even escalating the issue to the owner, no action was taken. The owner did not even have the basic courtesy to apologize for such a serious lapse in cleanliness. Instead, we were still charged for the meal — a completely unacceptable response given the situation. This clearly shows that customer satisfaction and hygiene are not priorities here. The food quality was abysmal, the service was insensitive, and the management displayed no professionalism whatsoever. It’s disheartening to see such negligence being normalized, especially in a food establishment. Such an incident not only raises questions about the restaurant’s sanitation standards but also highlights a complete lack of empathy towards its customers. I strongly recommend that the Food Safety Department conduct an inspection, as this is a potential public health concern. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take photographic evidence since the plate was immediately taken away after I raised the complaint — which in itself seems suspicious. Regardless, this experience was enough to ensure I will never return to this place again. For anyone considering dining here — please think twice. Hygiene, quality, and basic customer respect are all missing. This place doesn’t even deserve a single star from me. Final Verdict: Not recommended. Needs urgent inspection and management overhaul.
