I had a Hyderabadi Chicken biriyani, Where taste and texture of rice is good, well the worst part is the chicken pieces, it's not even half cooked it's basically raw, and they told me it's the fat not the muscle. I didn't got easily convinced with their explanation and they gave a extra piece, which is also undercooked. Overall the food must be cooked up properly, raw meat might contain parasites who knows!
