Our stay at Hotel Accolade had its ups and downs. The rooms were very neat and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, our experience was disrupted by construction work happening right in front of our room, which came with constant noise that was hard to ignore. The staff was helpful and polite, always ready to assist with queries, which added a positive touch to the stay. On the other hand, the restaurant service was disappointing, as the staff appeared quite lazy and slow in responding to orders. The location of the hotel is a plus, making it convenient for travelers. Overall: A decent option if you’re looking for clean rooms and a good location, but the ongoing construction and sluggish restaurant service might affect your experience. Service: 3
