Small hall, Plates & other cutlery are very very old & not properly cleaned, Food is average, service is poor, kitchen is fouling with bad smell

We recently visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration for my sister's child. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The overall atmosphere of the place was not welcoming, and the behavior of the staff left a lot to be desired. From the moment we arrived, the service felt unorganized and inattentive. We were not greeted properly, and the staff seemed uninterested and at times even rude when we asked for basic assistance. It was especially disheartening considering it was a special occasion for a child’s birthday. The food was also below expectations, both in taste and presentation. Some dishes were served cold, and others took far too long to arrive. It felt like the team wasn’t prepared to handle even a moderately sized gathering. A little more professionalism and kindness from the staff would have made a huge difference. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service and hospitality.
