After a long working day, you can taste delicious tea. Most users mention that the staff is attentive. The professional service is a great plus of Hotel Aatreyee. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Located approximately 1–2 km away from the city, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. The complimentary breakfast served in the morning was excessively oily.

I booked a room in this hotel from 06.11.25 to 07.11.25. This is the worst hotel of Duliajan. If there would have been an option for zero star, I would have given. They are fraudster and cheaters. Earlier, I had booked Hotel Oilfield. Since, there was a delay in handing over of room, I contacted hotel Aatreyi which is nearly 1 Km from Hotel Oilfield. I requested for a pickup, expecting a courtesy move as the distance was very near. However, to my utter surprise, I was asked to pay Rs.400+GST for the same at the time of billing. The hotel is located at an interior road where public transport is not available easily. For dropping to nearby OIL Industrial area, at a distance merely 2 Km, they charged me Rs.400+GST per trip at the time of billing. Also, the tariff is extremely high as compared to the room facilities. I had taken their highest category single room @Rs. 3800 +taxes per night. However, basic facilities like shaving kit, bathroom slippers etc.were not provided. I had to specifically ask for the slippers. Intercom was not working which they changed. The room was having no facilities like locker, Iron board etc.expected at this price point. The fan was making lot of rattling sound. When I complained, they simply ignored. Also, to my utter surprise, there was no geyser water supply and I had to take bath with the cold water. Despite charging so much tariff, they don't provide any buffet breakfast. The options available for the breakfast menu are very limited. When I asked for the fruit juice, they denied for the same. Also for the local taxi charges, they are not ready to provide bill with taxi number as they are using private cars for taxi purpose. In a nutshell, this is one of the worst hotels where guests will be extremely disappointed. Please avoid this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Duliajan. Very good staff, helpful in every way. Food is decent and cleanliness is good.
