Food is okay but service is not good they take a lot of time for the food

It was very unfortunate that you had a bad experience. It doesn’t usually happen this way, we have a record of serving the food on time always. It’s only during rush period when there is high order numbers we need some time to prepare the food items accordingly, otherwise we don’t take much time for service. Here at our restaurant we never serve previously cooked and preserved food. We always take care of the quality of the food we serve in our restaurant .
