Extremely Disappointed with My Order from Hot Pot Today I ordered Chicken Crispy Fried Rice, but what I received was just plain fried rice – no vegetables, no crispy chicken, and no gravy. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the person on the phone gave an illogical explanation, saying that "crispy" just means the chicken fried rice is made crispy – and that no actual crispy chicken or gravy is included. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. The rice was also overly salty and not at all enjoyable. I'm very disappointed with the quality, the false description, and especially the irresponsible behavior of the staff. Now, they are not even answering my calls. I truly regret ordering from Hot Pot. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please think twice before ordering here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
