Food is not good i ordered and waited for 30-45 min for the food and the behaviour of the hotel staff were realy bad please dont buy from here waste of money Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Had a very bad experience from one of the staff members from hotpot, Had ordered food and went there to collect it, by the time one of them informed there's no food left at all, already finished! Then the very next day after 24 hrs nearly, one of the staff members contacted and shouted asking why didn't i collect the food this and that and all, it's not the right way to talk to customers like this way, the can't insist someone to buy food from there, it's their mistake that, atleast they should have arranged someone to deliver it to my place or should have ask their staffs about the miscommunication happened between them atleast before shouting to me! Bad customer service btw!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am putting this review after 6 successful orders , so that my review is worth it , so basically i have ordered Kanthaari Grill , Chilly beef etc items from here and trust me , this restaurant kicks up your taste buds to a whole new level !! ... Kannur does have various restaurants , but Hot Pot Restaurant offers a whole lot of varieties and tasty too ! And need not mention the Chinese food here , these guys are mainstream Chinese food , they are the best ! So if your hungry and looking for something , Hot Pot Restaurant can satisfy you , ypu can order online through swiggy or take away from restaurant itself . The food packaging is also very neatly done ! All in all , this is a very good place for a neat and healthy experience ! .
