Worst hygiene I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. I went to Raandhal Restaurant today for lunch and ordered mutton soup, biriyani, orange juice, and tender pudding. When the soup came, we found multiple strands of hair in it. I informed the waiter and the manager. Shockingly, the manager casually said it might be from the lamp and told me it’s not a big issue. I left the soup aside and started eating the biriyani. Again, I found hair in the salad served with it. This is beyond disgusting. A restaurant that serves food with hair not once but twice in a single meal clearly has zero hygiene and no respect for customers. Highly irresponsible management. Never going back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600
