Terrible Experience at Hot Meals – Tasteless Food and Not Worth the Money I ordered food from Hot Meals, hoping for a satisfying meal after reading some decent reviews online, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Honestly, this was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food I ordered was completely tasteless and bland. There was absolutely no flavor or seasoning it felt like they just cooked everything in plain water and sent it out. I ordered [you can insert dishes here if you’d like for example: butter chicken, fried rice, and paneer tikka], but none of them tasted fresh or properly made. The curry was watery, the rice was mushy, and the paneer pieces were hard and dry. Even the packaging was poor half the gravy had spilled by the time it arrived. To make things worse, the food was cold when delivered, even though the restaurant is not that far away. For a place called Hot Meals, it’s ironic that they couldn’t even deliver food that was warm. There was no aroma, no taste, and definitely no effort put into preparation. I tried contacting the restaurant to share my feedback, but the response was just as disappointing as the food. The staff didn’t seem interested or apologetic at all. They brushed it off like it was a normal complaint, which clearly shows they don’t value customer satisfaction. Overall, Hot Meals was a complete waste of money. The food was tasteless, the quality was poor, and the service was careless. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or even a decent meal. Save your time, money, and appetite there are far better restaurants out there!
