We recently booked JB’s Kitchen for a party of 50 guests, and unfortunately, our experience was highly disappointing. From the beginning, the attitude of both the staff and management was very casual and unprofessional. The menu was changed without any prior intimation, and when we raised the issue, we were casually told that we were mistakenly given another party’s menu — which is completely unacceptable for any professional setup. Service was extremely poor, and the food quantity was inadequate, barely sufficient for 30 people, despite our guaranteed count of 50 and informing them to expect up to 60 guests. For a booking of this size, we expected better planning and execution, but it was clear the team was not equipped to handle a group of this scale. To add to the disappointment, the venue shown to us at the time of inquiry was changed at the last minute, and we were denied access to the hall initially promised. The space we were given was cramped and not suitable for a gathering of this size. Overall, it was a poor experience with zero value for money. JB’s Kitchen might be suitable for small, fixed-menu, pre-plated meals for 15–20 people, but based on our experience, they do not have the capacity, coordination, or professionalism to manage larger parties. Not recommended for events or parties. We had our office party here, and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality was below average — nothing tasted fresh or flavorful. Even the presentation and service were quite poor. For the kind of reputation this place claims to have, the experience was totally pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend it at all for any gathering or celebration. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch

Being from hospitality background i have to say It was a really horrible experience at JB's Kitchen with poor staff management.. even after reserving a table for 9pax the staff didn't save us table we waited for more than half n hour.. make sure the receptionist should be questioned about it... after asking for a feedback form they refused us that they do not have it.. This is not how hospitality runs I've given my feedback on a note make sure who so ever the operation head is contact me. and yeah if you couldn't take reservations that straight away say a NO.. so guests could save their time and money. and whoever visits this place.. please check the bill properly.. before paying they might charge you extra even if you hadn't consumed the item The food taste was Up to the Mark kudos to the chef's Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
