This would be my last visit to the hot chips Medavakkam.. Just one guy servicing the entire restaurant of like 15 tables that too on a Saturday night.. We ordered and waited for 30 mins we even followed up once in 10 mins ..we were very patient.. But at one point we felt we lost and left the restaurant without having anything.. Better close the restaurant or do only online delivery thru Swiggy and zomato.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst costumer service, they charge high price (2 idly 46, 1 Vada 36) but can't serve costumer properly, we waiting 20 mins for one coffee special mention that's not at all peak hour, on that time there's only 4 to 5 costumers, only one lady server is there, she complaining about other staffs but she is also chatter box, she is the server but she didn't noticed we get a coffee or not, after 15 mins she came to us and asking you received a coffee??? Like seriously??!!! Better shut the damn door of your restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hot Chips Veg Restaurant in Medavakkam, near Jeyachandran, caught our eye when we were on the lookout for a good vegetarian place. Curiosity led us to try it for the first time. The restaurant has a few tables on the ground floor and additional seating with air conditioning on the first floor. We found a decent variety of dishes on the menu, and the quality lived up to expectations. Opted for the combo meal with vegetable fried rice and gobi manchurian, along with a paneer dosa. Both dishes were tasty, but the combo rice quantity was a bit on the lesser side and might not be enough for one person. Nevertheless, it's a good place to explore vegetarian options. The best part was that it wasn't very crowded, making it a relaxed spot for a meal.
