Hello mam, the delay is from the delivery partner side & this has nothing to do with the restaurant as the food has been handed on time. Request u to kindly look into the 1 star rating as the restaurant is unaware of such delayed deliveries which s purely the fault of the delivery personal from zomato who takes multiple orders.
