Absolutely delicious and mouth watering chicken biryani with good portion and yummy rice. Biriyani masala is sautéed to perfection with juicy meat that is so flavourful. Mutton biryani is not far behind, mutton portion is commendably soft and falling of the bone, rice was equally tasty and rich. The condiments were pickle, chutney, raita and payasam that complement the pallet to come a full circle. Next time I think of biriyani: Hot Box kitchen is what I will definitely go for.
