I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend, a new mom who had a terrible experience with I’deli cafe. She ordered food with a request for fast delivery, explaining she had a newborn with her. Shockingly, the staff refused to prioritize her order, showing zero empathy or understanding. The food took an hour longer than promised, and when she called to inquire, she was met with a dismissive attitude. No attempt was made to rectify the situation or offer alternatives. As someone who's witnessed firsthand the challenges of caring for a newborn, I'm appalled by the cafe lack of consideration. Reasons to avoid: • Unfriendly staff • Inflexible delivery policy • Unaccommodating to families with young children My friend deserved better. So do all new parents. Will not recommend.
