Review for Horisen Sky – Extremely Disappointing and Fraudulent Experience I had an extremely disappointing experience with Horisen Sky that I feel compelled to share. I booked a fly dining experience for a couple at the Grand Hyatt, paying ₹10,000 in full. However, after receiving the payment, they changed the venue at the last minute, claiming there was a “technical issue.” They provided a new location, which turned out to be a local fly dining setup—not associated with the Grand Hyatt—and far from the premium experience I was promised. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the charges for this new venue were only ₹4,000 per couple! This was a blatant scam, as they pocketed the difference without providing the service they advertised. When I tried to contact them to address the issue, the person in charge (Wasim) ignored my calls for over an hour and gave no clear explanations. I wasn’t the only victim—there were 2-3 other couples at the venue who faced the exact same issue. This ordeal ruined my special occasion. I missed the sunset and was left frustrated and cheated. Horisen Sky is running a scam, exploiting people’s trust and emotions. I strongly advise others to stay away from this fraudulent service provider. They are cheaters and con artists, ruining what should have been a memorable experience. Save your money and avoid the headache. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
