I went for lunch at Hongs Kitchen at nehru place. A colleague of mine was also with me. We ordered fried rice, chilly chicken, Hong kitchen wrap and orange fiery chicken. I literally was amazed after having the food since it was very unique and different from other Chinese restaurants or outlets. It gave me a fresh sensation to my taste buds. This place is a must try if you love Chinese food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600

Very poor experience from Hong's Kitchen. There evening staffs are very unprofessional. They don't know how to greet and how to behave with their customers. I doubt whether they give their employees any training or not. Before selling their food they will treat you like you are king for them, they will suggest you different dishes from their menu and various offers but once you buy food from them and leave their counter they don't bother about you. I was asking for water and other stuffs from them but not a single person was there in the counter to attend me. After sale they are just double face. I had bad experience with then consecutive 2 times. Their staffs, manager are very unprofessional. Specially the evening ones. Such a poor and unprofessional service. Very much disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
