I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern about the unacceptable experience I had at DHABA BY SONA SWEETS SHRI UDIPI RESTAURANT, located at Nehru Place Delhi, on 24/7/2024. Despite my complaints, the restaurant owner responded rudely and failed to address the issue.
The incident occurred when I ordered SPL Chinese Combo and found fly in the dish. I was shocked and disturbed to see this blatant violation of food safety standards. When I brought this to the attention of the restaurant staff, they responded with utter disregard and rudeness, failing to apologize or offer any resolution.
