Customer Service: The customer service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met promptly. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our visit, making us feel welcome and valued. Food: I ordered the Swiss Platter, and it exceeded all my expectations. The platter included a delectable chocolate dip, fresh strawberries, caramelized sugar on banana, rich chocolate brownies, moist tea cake, and a cake filled with creamy custard. Each item was prepared to perfection, offering a delightful mix of flavors and textures. I also had a Cappuccino and an Americano, both of which were excellent. The cappuccino was rich and creamy, while the Americano was bold and smooth—both paired wonderfully with the dessert platter. Overall, Honey Special Cake Kochi is a gem of a cafe. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to relax or a place to enjoy some truly delicious cakes and pastries, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
