Visited Hotel Sapphire, Edappally and ordered beef biriyani. Found a small piece of chicken piece inside, and when I informed the waiter, he casually replied “Don’t you like chicken?” This clearly shows they are mixing leftover food before serving. Very unhygienic and extremely disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
