It is the best place to eat at Guhagar. Typical kokani vegetarian thali available. Jog aaji, an elderly woman along with 2-3 helpers runs this. Calling a priori is recommended as they prepare food in limited quantities. Ukdiche modak is a speciality that one must try. They serve warm freshly prepared modak along with ghee. Aamti (mostly prepared using tamrind/kokam and jaggery) is very delicious. We had booked our slot for lunch before 2 days. The moment we sat on the table for lunch, before serving the food itself, Jog Aaji said “You need to finish quickly”. We had a toddler with us, we asked her to serve papad for him.She rudely said-“Kay Kay ahe mahit nahi. Jara thamba’. It was very insulting. With due respect to her, she seemed very rude..serving food as if it was served for free. People have mentioned in their reviews that she serves food with love..but our experience was different. Also, the food quality was average. In Maharashtra, while serving food, we have the culture of saying ‘savakash jewa’ and not lawkar awara ’ She should take less bookings if she is understaffed rather than insulting people. Overall- poor management, rude, arrogant, insulting behaviour, average food Thank you Aaji.we will not visit again for sure. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Authentic yummy maharashtrian food one should not miss. The moramba ,vange batate che bhaji,ukadi che modak is her speciality.we enjoyed alot .Make sure to place your order in advance so they get enough time to prepare it.
