Very disappointed with the order. • The food quality was terrible. • There were egg shells in the roasted egg, which is completely unacceptable. • Delivery was late, adding to the frustration. • Packaging was poor – not at all hygienic or secure. Update: I visited again. My Last visit. Seems the reviews are correct about cockroaches and dirty kitchens. Uploading photos for reference. I can vouch for the veg thali. love it. But going through the reviews, i do agree about the concerns regarding cleanliness. Ive always taken parcel but last time when i visited, i can see the cleanliness issues mentioned in the reviews. i visited the BEML branch.
