This place serves good food the breakfast was nice with south Indian continental and English breakfast the spread is good with decent taste i believe the taste can be a bit better for the dishes served but its my point of view because as i eat authentic food at there own places of birth i believe my palate have become more inclined towards the food but overall experience was good Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I was staying at Novotal for a business trip and the unfortunate part of it was that I had my meals at the square buffet restaurant. I understand that the place is clearly understaffed but the lack of attention and service at a hotel of this reputation and price point is shocking. Clearly you wouldn’t get any service at this place without making a big fuss about your order. Such a disappointment. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹2,000+
