Pahari Chicken Tikka - A colourful rendition imparted by the fenugreek leaves, the kebab had a delightful infusion of cardamom, mustard oil and yoghurt.
Sliced Fish in Hong Kong style - An Oriental touch, the fried red chillies added on the sharp heat while the cashew nuts brought in sweetness to counter the chillies.
