HIG E-POWER SOLUTION a month ago on Google

Dear Hira Sweets Management, I had a very bad experience at your Janakpuri branch. The outlet was severely understaffed, and there was absolutely no customer support available. It felt completely disorganized, and as a customer, I felt ignored and frustrated. I strongly urge you to either take immediate steps to improve service quality at this location or consider closing this branch, as it damages the reputation of the Hira Sweets brand. This would also give an opportunity for another franchise or restaurant to operate in this area with better standards and customer care.

Not maintained properly and food taste and quality are slightly below average Not what you would expect from a commercial chain based restaurant

Very poor quality of food. Ordered aloo poori. It was pathetic. Poori was so hard that they should also give their customers a hammer to break it otherwise it will break our teeth. Moreover in aloo sabzi they use rotten tomatoes. I have tried other things from here but have always been left disappointed. Will never try any other thing from this restaurant.
