It is to bring to management attention of Hire Sweets that the food served during our recent visit/treat at Hire Sweets, Janakpuri on 23.06.2025 around at 02:30PM for lunch , was extremely disappointing. The quality was not up to the mark — it tasted more like disaster food or children's bland meals, completely lacking in flavor and freshness. We had expected better standards given your reputation, but this experience was far from satisfactory. I hope you will take this feedback seriously.

To The Manager Hira Sweets Janakpuri East metro Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality and Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the food and service we received at your restaurant during my recent visit on 23 july 2025 at 2.30 pm. We had chosen Hira Sweets to celebrate a close friend’s birthday and ordered several items including the Chinese Platter and Tandoori Platter. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely poor and far below our expectations. The dishes were bland, stale, and poorly presented. Not only was the taste unsatisfactory, but the overall experience was completely ruined, turning what was meant to be a joyful celebration into a regrettable outing. Given the reputation Hira Sweets holds, we expected far better quality and service. This incident was very disappointing and has left a negative impression on all of us present.
