I had a really bad experience at Hira Sweets. The service was extremely poor — the staff was unresponsive and seemed least interested in helping customers. Despite their reputation, the quality of sweets and hygiene were not up to the mark. It took a long time to get my order, and even then, it was not fresh. Totally disappointed with the experience. I expected much better from such a popular brand. Definitely not visiting again!

Scam Charging 60rs for water bottle, (selling its own brand water) we said please give us normal water, they said we don’t have normal water. As per the restaurant FSSAI rules, they have to provide free water and toilets to everyone. Waiter's behaviour was unacceptable, he was so rude. Unacceptable behaviour and service.
