Order perfectly cooked chicken tikka, paneer and marinated chicken at Gazebo Lounge when you happen to be near it. Trying good chocolate custard, brownies and chocolate roll is a pleasant experience here. Delicious beer, liqueur or mint mojito are what can make you come back to this place. Drink the great chocolate shake, chocolate frappe or cranberry juice served here.
Most people find that the staff is accommodating at this place. Spectacular service is something clients agree upon here. Many reviewers mention that the dishes have adequate prices. The worst experience i ever had in any resturant. We had booked this lounge for a birthday party and i had been reminding the owner about the time and date and preparations time and again. But on the 'd' day when i was supposed to get the venue at 10 a.m. for decorations and i reached the venue, the venue was closed. i had to wait till 12 before it opened. I constantly kept calling the manager but he did not pick up the call. When we entered the hall it was stinking. It took another hour to clean it begin with balloon decoration. We had to delay the party timings because of this careless behaviour. The food served tasted average and we had to request them 20 times to at least serve it on time in bulk i.e. as per the number of guests present there. But they were miser in serving the food though it was a buffet of veg snacks. Also, no sauces/chutney except ketchup were served. The mocktails were pathetic. The mojito was more like nimbu pani. Also, they started arguing that we should vacate the place before 4 p.m. Though our party timings were from 12 noon to 5 pm. On insisting he said the other manager had resigned long before and he could take no responsibilty of what other manager had committed. I tried calling the other manager but he did not receive the call. They provided us the lounge late at least 3 hours late than the decided time, served food average in taste and least in quantity and quality and did not honor their commitment. So, i would rate this lounge as 1/5 and 1 point too is for ambience which looked better because of our Arun balloons decorater based in Rohini( yes i am promoting Arun because his service was amazing ). I recommend you to never visit this lounge.
