Dhaba by Amber, located at Saluja Residency on Hill Cart Road near Sevoke More, Khalpara, Siliguri, is one of the city’s top-rated North Indian-themed restaurants. Quirky, Bollywood-themed Décor: Styled like a vintage dhaba with vibrant elements: modified truck entrance, autorickshaw seating, bicycle-tyre light fixtures and Bollywood posters. Spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating, including private cabins and family corners. Ambience & Service: Often packed on weekends; best to reserve a table. Live staff dance performances and regular sports screenings add to the vibe . Friendly, attentive service and a clean, well-maintained space, though some guests note crowd levels near AC vents can feel warm ﹣some find it "so so". Food & Drinks: Extensive North Indian + Punjabi dishes, with some Chinese and Mughlai options—plus a full bar and mocktail menu . We visited this place in good hope. The place was way too noisy. To our Surprise they did not have normal drinking water facility. They provided us with a 1 liter bottle of drinking water (Kinley brand). The MRP of the bottle was Rs. 20, but during billing they charged me Rs. 35 and on top of that 5% GST was levied.
In no way the price could go beyond MRP.
