We started our meal with Paneer Khurchan along with Rumali Roti. Paneer Khurchan is one of most flavorsome dishes and it is mainly made from paneer, onion, capsicum and tomatoes. The preparation done by H Lounge was moderately spicy and absolutely mouth watering. This dish had semi gravy and the spices were perfectly creating the delicious flavor. The Rumali Roti here was soft and medium in portion size and it was very comforting to eat the sabzi with it. The next dish we ordered was Dal Khichdi which is the most soulful and light dish vegetarians prefer. We ordered the Palak Dal Khichdi and it was pretty large in portion size and we were 3 adults who could share it easily. The khichdi was topped with a tadka of garlic. This khichdi was one of the most delicious Palak Khichdi I have had in a long time. They absolutely nailed this simple dish and made into an extraordinary tasting version of it. I loved having dinner here with my family and I will definitely return soon to try more things from their menu.
