Bad Experience – 14 Aug 2025, 5:00 PM Visited Herb on Pizza (Sikar Road) and was shocked by the poor, third-class service. No courtesy, no greetings, and no effort to make customers feel welcome. Even worse — there was no manager available to address issues. Staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. For a place claiming to offer a good dining experience, this was a huge letdown. Definitely not coming back! #PoorService #BadExperience #CustomerServiceMatters #SikarRoa Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Review: Herbs on Pizza Ambience & Space: A small, cozy outlet with just 5 tables — can seat exactly 20 people. Feels private and peaceful as it’s usually empty or quiet. Great for small group hangouts or low-key meetups. ‍ AC wasn't working (or maybe just not turned on) — felt quite warm inside. Food Experience: Went around 4–5 PM, and sadly most items like white sauce pasta weren’t available. Only pizza was being served during that time. We ordered a small loaded pizza with: Olives Corn Onions Jalapeños Cheese Pizza was super filling — I was full after just 2 slices! Ordered a cheese dip, but got mayonnaise instead . Also got french fries — good quantity, came in a full bowl, and tasted nice. They have a drinks machine too — self-serve style. Price: Total bill was around ₹400 for 2 people, and we were both full. Definitely budget-friendly and good for a quick bite. Staff & Service: Staff didn’t seem very cooperative — they were busy playing Ludo on their phone. No one came to take the order or assist unless approached directly. Told them about the AC and feeling hot, but there was no response. Maybe I misunderstood the vibe, but overall, the service felt a bit careless. Overall: Cute little place, great for a quiet meal. Pizza was good and filling, but limited menu availability and poor staff response brought the experience down a bit. Worth trying once if you're nearby, especially for the pizza and peaceful space. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered red and white pasta. I've not had a more bland white sauce pasta in my life. I wonder if you guys taste test literally anything at all? The red pasta was extremely spicy, it is as if you guys are making the dish with the sole aim of having it hit on the tongue, no flavour whatsoever, just over the top chilli. Even my father, who is well accustomed to rajasthani teekha, asked for chilled water after a few bites of it. The corn cheese roll was decent if not ,again, spicy. I understand that catering to the locals of our city might include the hotness in the food but there's certainly no reason to present it in a tasteless and bland way. I highly recommend that you guys review the way you make your pastas because this felt like an absolute waste of my money. Price per person: ₹400–600
