1/5I visited Tamasha, Vaishali Nagar (Jaipur) this evening with my family, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. First, the service was extremely slow — our order took almost one full hour to arrive. When the bill was given, they added charges for an item that I never consumed. On questioning, the staff casually said that I must have “forgotten,” which is completely unacceptable. Only after I raised my voice did they edit the bill, and even then it took them another 15 minutes to provide me with a corrected version. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told rudely that he was “busy” and would not come. On requesting the owner’s details, the staff refused to share.This kind of unprofessional, dishonest, and arrogant behavior is not expected from any restaurant, especially one claiming to be reputed. They not only wasted our time but also tried to charge us for something we never ordered. Strong warning to others: Please check your bills carefully and do not expect respectful service here. Very poor management and highly disappointing experience
