biriyani rice was okay, but I couldn't eat properly because chicken was not cleaned thoroughly yew

Dear/Madam, Thank you for reaching us. The raw chicken we use for preparing biriyani is butchered under thorough supervision. We have been purchasing them from one of the best quality chicken providers. After receiving the raw chicken we again clean and wash them before marinating. Can you please provide any pictures for better clarity regarding the issue?
