I request people not to visit this place... Today i faced a bad experience in this helapuri restaurant, jagadamba... i asked a lady server to increase the AC volume ,coz we didn't feel any cool , so rudely said it will be like that only and i can't change , i felt bad , later she bought menu , i asked for combo pack , i asked to explain about that combo , she rudely called another server and saying i won't do serving to this table, coz they can't even know what is combo pack, i can't explain like that , i aksed why are you shouting like that infront of others, she says that I'm not talking with you okay... I'm talking with my co worker.... , how embarrassed I'm felt guilty, l..... I asked for manager and there is no manager available in that restaurant, i asked my friend not to sit here , we will go to another restaurant...he said to leave the issue.... So i kept silent Is that the way u treat people ?? Are you giving food for free?? No maintenance No hospitality We will go to restaurants to relax and have some good food ... But unfortunately I didnt get that response When there is no proper AC in your restaurant,why you charge extra money for AC and gst ?? Why you recruit employees without any knowledge about hospitality ??? At the end there is no apology too... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
