Daspalla is a famous hotel of vizag since the last 30-40 years. Visited Dakshin restaurant after 15 years and let me share my review in 5 points.AMBIENCEThe ambience was perfect. Seats were comfortable with light music and crowd was decent. The whole place felt hygienic.SERVICEThe service was quick and the staff were extremely well mannered. They catered to our needs and recommended dishes according to our taste buds.FOODNow here I have some issues. The food taste is authentic for sure and it tastes quite good too. They serve complimentary papad which is nice. But the downside is that everything is too spicy. We ordered Fish thali along with Naan and Chicken Chettinad. Thali was amazing but the chicken dish were full of bones so those are practically not edible. Love the preparation but they should lessen the spice amount while adding proper pieces.PRICEPrice is on the higher side as it's an old and famous place.OVERALLYou can go for it to get a good thali experience but ask the waiter to reduce the spicyness for sure. My rating is 2.5/5
