Heatsquare is one revolutionary cafe in our town . Which has grown to go beyond borders . This home branch is our favourite place and we have had many good days here . Now it’s disheartening to see its status . There has been no effort put into maintaining its looks & the quality of food . It’s becoming worse and worse day by day . 1. Open air ducts 2. Dirty floors 3. Mostly understaffed 4. Most items on menu not available. 5. Soda machine is always broke . Very bad service . When I visited today(19/1/25) there was only one staff to take order , to cook and billing . It’s a Sunday evening and he said no buns are available in a burger shop . I don’t understand this . I can’t blame the staff here because how can one person manage a whole shop ? The concerned people should take a note on this and put some effort into this shop .
