I’m sorry to pen this down in such a tone, but truth be told, our dining experience left a bitter taste in our mouths—quite literally. We had ordered a *chilly mushroom*, specifically requesting it to be spicy, but what landed on our table tasted more like a bottle of tomato ketchup had spilled its guts all over it—far from the fiery dish we had in mind. We did share our two cents with the serving team, and while they did take it back to tweak, it still danced on the sweeter side of the palate. Slightly better than the first round, but still missing the mark by a mile. That said, not everything was a washout—some of the other dishes we ordered did manage to hold their own and were fairly decent Now, coming to the real fly in the ointment: the pizza. After waiting for what felt like an eternity (around 40 minutes), what we finally got was nothing short of half-baked—literally uncooked dough staring back at us. We were in the mood to linger a while longer, soak in the evening, but the sight of that pizza was the final nail in the coffin. Disappointed and disheartened, we settled the bill and made a beeline for the door. To add insult to injury, my wife ended up with bouts of vomiting afterwards, which really put the cherry on top of an already awful experience. On the brighter side, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the place does have plenty of cats roaming around, which might warm the hearts of cat lovers. But for anyone else, my honest two cents—tread carefully, or you might just end up biting off more disappointment than you can chew. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing Place for Chill Vibes, Tasty Drinks, and Spicy Food I recently visited Heart Cup Coffee in Jubilee Hills and had a really great time The atmosphere is lively and perfect for hanging out with friends or just relaxing in the evening Music and lighting give a very cool vibe. I tried two drinks: Long Island Iced Tea and Daiquiri both were excellent The Long Island Iced Tea was strong and balanced, All spirits were mixed nicely and the taste was smooth, not too sweet. It definitely gave a nice kick The Daiquiri was more refreshing and slightly tangy, It was served chilled and was perfect to sip slowly For food, I ordered Spicy Grill Chicken and Garlic Naan. The Grill Chicken was very juicy and cooked perfectly, It had a strong spicy masala coating, just how we like it in Hyderabad. Good portion size too Garlic Naan was soft and had proper garlic flavour It matched well with the chicken even though it’s not a usual combo but worked surprisingly well! Overall, I really enjoyed my time here Drinks were strong and tasty, food was hot and spicy, and the whole place had a cool and energetic feel Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Dedicated car parking not available but valet parking is there. I did not like the ambiance as there is plenty of scope for improvement. There is a lot of rubbish in any direction u look. Staff is friendly & professional. We ordered egg chilli, chicken tikka masala, kulcha & garlic naan which was delicious. Thanks for the music.
